Hail rarely announces itself from the ground. The bruising that voids a shingle’s water-shedding layer is often invisible from the driveway and only shows when someone walks the slopes and chalks the strikes per square.
We inspect free, photograph every elevation with the strike counts your carrier expects, and give you a written report the same week. If there is no claim worth filing we will tell you that too — we would rather keep the relationship than sell you a roof you do not need.
If you do file, we meet the adjuster on site and walk the roof with them. Disagreements get settled up there with the evidence in hand instead of over email a month later.
