Free Roof Inspection
Forty-five minutes on your roof and in your attic, then a written report with photographs and a remaining-life estimate. No charge, no obligation.

You should know the condition of your roof before someone knocks on your door claiming to.
We walk every slope, check the flashings and penetrations, look at the ridge and the valleys, and go into the attic to look for daylight, damp sheathing and blocked ventilation. It takes about forty-five minutes.
You get a written report with photographs of anything we flag, a remaining-life estimate, and a plain description of what needs doing now versus what can wait a season. If the answer is "nothing", the report says nothing.
There is no charge and no obligation. Plenty of our inspections end with us telling a homeowner their roof has eight good years left, and those are the people who call us when it does not.
