Steep tiled roof against a clear sky
What we do

Every kind of roof, done properly.

Residential and commercial, a single cracked boot or a full tear-off — and an honest answer about which one you actually need.

How a job with us actually goes.

No pressure, no surprise line items. Here is every step from the first phone call to the warranty.

1

Book the inspection

Call or send the form. We are usually on your roof within three working days, and same day if it is actively leaking.

2

Inspect and document

Forty-five minutes on the slopes and in the attic. Every defect photographed, ventilation checked, remaining life estimated.

3

Report and quote

A written report with the photographs, then an itemised quote if work is needed. If nothing is needed, the report says so.

4

Insurance, if it applies

We format the damage for your carrier, meet the adjuster on site, and file supplements for anything the estimate missed.

5

Install

Tear-off, deck repair, and the full system fitted with a foreman on site all day. Most homes are finished in one or two.

6

Clean up and warranty

Magnet over the drive and lawn twice, a walkthrough with you, then your written ten-year workmanship warranty.

Frequently asked questions.

The questions we get asked most on a first inspection. If yours is not here, call the office and we will give you a straight answer.

How do I know whether I actually have hail damage?

You usually cannot tell from the ground, which is why we inspect free. Hail bruises the mat under the granules, and that damage often shows as nothing more than a dark speckle until someone chalks the strikes per square. We walk the slopes, count and photograph the strikes, and tell you plainly whether there is a claim worth filing.

Do you work with insurance claims?

On most storm jobs, yes. We document the damage in the format carriers expect, meet your adjuster on site and walk the roof with them, and file supplements for line items the first estimate missed. You pay your deductible; we bill the carrier directly for the rest.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most Franklin and Brentwood homes are torn off and dried in the same day, with the full system finished on day two. Larger or steeper roofs and anything with slate or metal detail can run longer — we give you the honest number in the quote rather than a hopeful one.

What warranty do I get?

Ten years on our workmanship, in writing, before the job starts. Materials carry their own manufacturer warranty — up to fifty years on the shingle systems we are certified to install, which only holds if the roof is installed to spec, so the two go together.

Will my landscaping and driveway survive the job?

We tarp beds and shrubs, keep the dumpster on boards, and run a rolling magnet over the drive and lawn twice before we leave — once at the end of tear-off and again at final clean-up. If we miss a nail, call us and we will come back out.

Do you offer emergency service after a storm?

Yes. We tarp actively leaking roofs, usually the same day and often within a few hours. Emergency tarping is charged separately from any repair or replacement that follows, and it is credited back if you go ahead with the work.

Are you ready to get your roof sorted?

Free inspections across Franklin, Brentwood, and the greater Nashville area. Residential and commercial roofs — we handle the insurance paperwork, too.
