Heritage Roofing Co. — Roofs built to outlast the weather.
Reasons to choose our roofing services.
Heritage Roofing Co. has kept roofs over Franklin watertight for twenty-five years, using our own trained crews instead of day labor on someone else's payroll. The foreman who inspects your roof is the same one who leads the crew that installs it, and he's still the one you call if anything ever needs a second look.
Straight Pricing: Free inspections, itemised quotes, and no pressure to sign the same afternoon.
Experienced Crews: Our own employees, not day labour, led by foremen who average twelve years on a roof.
Quality Materials: Certified installers for every system we fit, so the full manufacturer warranty holds.
Professional and quality roofing services.
Heritage handles residential and commercial roofs of every type — from a single cracked boot to a full tear-off and rebuild. Same licensed crew, same documented inspection, same warranty in writing, no matter the size of the job.
Your roof is the most important thing protecting the building — every room underneath depends on it staying watertight. Storm damage is often latent, hiding under a lifted tab or a bruised shingle for months before it ever shows on a ceiling. We find it during the inspection, before it becomes a structural problem instead of a repair.
1Free InspectionWe walk the roof and the attic, photograph everything, and give you a written condition report.
2Clear Written QuoteOne itemised price with the system spelled out. No pressure, and it holds for thirty days.
3Installed & SupervisedOur own crew, a foreman on site all day, and a final walkthrough before we ask for payment.

Marguerite DelacroixHomeowner, Brentwood
After the April hail our insurer offered barely a third of what the roof needed. Heritage met the adjuster on the roof, walked him through every strike, and the claim was reopened that afternoon. The new roof went on in two days and the yard was cleaner than when they arrived.
Desmond OkonkwoProperty Manager, Nashville
We have twelve buildings and Heritage keeps a file on every one of them. When something needs budgeting they tell me a year ahead instead of the week it fails. That is the whole difference for a property manager.
Priyanka VenkataramanHomeowner, Franklin
Three companies told me I needed a full replacement. Heritage found a cracked pipe boot, fixed it for under four hundred dollars, and told me the roof had six or seven years left. I will never call anybody else.
Our latest news.
Plain-English guidance on storms, insurance claims, and keeping a roof alive — written by the people who install them, not a marketing team.
The questions we get asked most on a first inspection. If yours is not here, call the office and we will give you a straight answer.
How do I know whether I actually have hail damage?
You usually cannot tell from the ground, which is why we inspect free. Hail bruises the mat under the granules, and that damage often shows as nothing more than a dark speckle until someone chalks the strikes per square. We walk the slopes, count and photograph the strikes, and tell you plainly whether there is a claim worth filing.
Do you work with insurance claims?
On most storm jobs, yes. We document the damage in the format carriers expect, meet your adjuster on site and walk the roof with them, and file supplements for line items the first estimate missed. You pay your deductible; we bill the carrier directly for the rest.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most Franklin and Brentwood homes are torn off and dried in the same day, with the full system finished on day two. Larger or steeper roofs and anything with slate or metal detail can run longer — we give you the honest number in the quote rather than a hopeful one.
What warranty do I get?
Ten years on our workmanship, in writing, before the job starts. Materials carry their own manufacturer warranty — up to fifty years on the shingle systems we are certified to install, which only holds if the roof is installed to spec, so the two go together.
Will my landscaping and driveway survive the job?
We tarp beds and shrubs, keep the dumpster on boards, and run a rolling magnet over the drive and lawn twice before we leave — once at the end of tear-off and again at final clean-up. If we miss a nail, call us and we will come back out.
Do you offer emergency service after a storm?
Yes. We tarp actively leaking roofs, usually the same day and often within a few hours. Emergency tarping is charged separately from any repair or replacement that follows, and it is credited back if you go ahead with the work.
Are you ready to get your roof sorted?
Free inspections across Franklin, Brentwood, and the greater Nashville area. Residential and commercial roofs — we handle the insurance paperwork, too.
